These terms and conditions apply to the bbaje platform and all its services. When you use the bbaje website or app, you automatically agree to abide by these terms.

2.2 One Account Rule
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or shared address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if proven, all accounts will be closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
The information you provide when creating an account must be truthful, complete, and your own. bbaje may request government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation for identity verification purposes. bbaje reserves the right to suspend an account if verification fails or false information is provided.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — secure. If anyone accesses your account without authorization, you must notify the bbaje support team immediately. bbaje will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access if your negligence or carelessness is established.
Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
bbaje offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳62,000
3.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
Completing the specified wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing winnings from a bonus.
3.3 General Rules for Bonus Use
- Another bonus cannot be claimed at the same time while one promotion is active, unless separately permitted.
- Bonuses are for genuine personal play only — using bots, scripts, or automated systems to fulfill bonus conditions is strictly prohibited.
- bbaje reserves the right to cancel a bonus and associated winnings if any abuse of a bonus or exploitation of the system is found at bbaje's discretion.
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted at bbaje:
For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are generally supported.
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 for all methods
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Standard withdrawal processing time at bbaje is between 30 minutes and 3 hours. However, if identity verification has not been completed or unusual activity is suspected, additional processing time may be required.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
- Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- The relevant wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus.
- A rule requiring deposits and withdrawals to be made via the same method may apply.
- In accordance with anti-money laundering policies, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance Conditions
Before participating in any game or betting market on bbaje, make sure you are familiar with the rules of the relevant game. A bet once confirmed generally cannot be cancelled.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete due to server issues, internet disconnection, or any other technical fault, bbaje reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Any winnings paid out under clearly erroneous or abnormal circumstances may be cancelled.
5.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting
Please read the applicable rules before participating in betting markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports. bbaje reserves the right to make decisions at its own discretion in the event of event cancellation, venue change, or any other unexpected circumstances.
5.4 Live Gaming

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbaje platform:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Fraud, deception, or system manipulation
- Using another person's account or placing bets through a third party
- Using bots or automated software to fulfil bonus conditions
- Match fixing or colluding in the manipulation of sports events
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical weaknesses of bbaje
- Fraudulent conduct towards other users
- Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language when contacting customer support
- Accessing via VPN from prohibited countries or regions
If any of the above violations are proven, the account may be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by bbaje
bbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason or without reason. This applies in particular if it is believed that a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or compromised the integrity of the platform.
7.2 Closure by User
You may close your account at any time of your choosing. To do so, contact the support team by email. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
bbaje may impose a small maintenance fee on accounts that have been inactive for a long period. The inactivity period and the fee amount may change from time to time, and the user will be notified in advance by email.
